Just marvellous. Open fire cooking. Inventive dishes. Excellent people. We usually order almost everything on the menu and share - it's such a brilliant way of dining. I've been many times and hope to go many more times.

Such a nice setting. Everything was just great for my birthday. I even received a birthday card from The New Thornhill Arms. The banana cheesecake is to die for.

What a fantastic place. The staff were polite and ready to help and advise. Our orders were taken and our food arrived in perfect time. The food I must say was delicious and perfectly presented with a hearty portion. I can’t recommend the Fox and Hounds enough. Extremely well priced too. 10/10

Couldn’t fault our Sunday lunch it was such a refreshing change from the norm. Bought out promptly and cooked perfectly, our beef was pink and our roasted veg was cooked and presented well. The pub itself was warm, light and airily and the waiting staff were attentive. This is one place e we shall return again and again. Worth the drive, we are about 40 mins away and stumbled upon this gem. Thank you Google
