Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was awesome and prices were fair. Our server was exceptional. Upon our return next year Rosmarino will be on our top priority list for dinner choices.

KAEDE is the ​∼寿司割烹∼ "Sushi-Kappou" restaurant, which is hybrid between Sushi Bar & fine Japanese Bistro. It is a style of Authentic sushi restaurant in Japan.

Owner/Chef Izumi Uehara and Executive sushi chef Shinji Uehara had been working and learning in The Netherlands, Japan and San Francisco, then have cultivated knowledge and technique about sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Please enjoy the harmony of sushi and dishes and atmosphere that is weaved by us with senses

(Sight, Hearing, Smell, Touch and Taste),

beyond that, we aim to produce a warm and comfortable dining experience its feeling like Japan for everybody,

Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!
Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Nico Bakh is partial to a homey dish called lobio, a bean stew served in an imported Georgian pot, complete with a side of fermented vegetables and a Georgian cornbread called mchadi.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the greater Portland area. The food is excellent, the service is exceptional and the ambiance is cozy beautiful. The family that owns and operates DEDIKo are all wonderful people and strive, and in my opinion achieve, perfection. Make a reservation and come check out this little gem. Thanks for being amazing, DEDIKo folks!!

Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith.
We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.

Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.

From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might also find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, and popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because the Laurents family makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. These things are all my favorites.

Such an intimate dinner with beautiful vibes and great food. The antipasti was so thoughtful and fun! We loved the backstory from Chef at the front of our menus. It felt that much more personal.

We believe in living a clean, natural and organic lifestyle mirroring that of the old world, where people eat only local foods. Most of our ingredients are certified organic and we source from local farmers to promote sustainability. We want to showcase how fertile the Southern Oregon valley is and the amazing bounty available from local farmers.

We're excited to share our wine and food knowledge with Southern Oregon. We want to educate anyone willing to learn on wines of the world as well as how they compare to local wines. We will strive to constantly create new menu items and wine pairings.

Inventive, delicious dishes, albeit not on the generous side portionwise. So, the experience was exciting, but on the expensive side.

Exceptional drinks, foods, and staff. This was my first visit and I look forward to the next dinner at Avanti. We sat at the hightop next to the kitchen and chef Mark was there. Got to shoot the breeze with him for a minute and convey to him how much we enjoyed our dishes. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out. Probably the best restaurant in the south burbs of Portland…and that’s no exaggeration.

Ordered a variety of items and all were really good, except the kafta which was a bit dry. Loved the trio of dips with fresh warm pita bread. Perfect food for a warm summer night
