Really, really great food and service. So many wines to choose from so great to pay for the flight. Had endive salad with blue cheese and candied walnuts, pear tartlet and mushroom/artichoke ravioli. All excellent!

Can't wait to go back! Delicious food, lovely ambiance and great service, My friends and I shared the Bibe Salad and mushroom appetizer and I had the pasta Bolognese. Melt in your mouth good! Clean plates all around! Didn't have room for dessert. Check out the bathroom with the butterfly door! You'll love it, ladies!

Love the pita bread warm from the oven with the three dips. The lamb shank was great and we especially loved the apricots. Our two servers and the chef all offered excellent service. We got to sit right in from of the blazing fire on the patio on a chilly October evening.

What an incredible meal at Guiso! The combination of ingredients and flavors in each dish paired with the wine from their tasting menu was fabulous. The balance between traditional flavors of Latin home cooking, fresh herbs and produce, bright citrus and sweet fruit accents come together in each dish. It is a perfect reflection of the agricultural community in Sonoma County, fine yet unpretentious dining and farm to fork flavors . We tried a total of 8 dishes between us and there are still many dishes on the menu I would like to try. Our favorites were Camerones Borrachos, the pupusa and ensalada. It is a small, casual space that seats around 20 total but doesn’t compromise on excellent service, flavorful food and a great selection of wines.

Chef Hakan is a second-generation baker who learned his craft in his uncle's bakery in Istanbul. His love for baking started out with making pastries and sourdough bread at first.

Hit by a pizza obsession later on, similar to Anatolian flatbread, Chef Hakan studied, experimented, and observed various pizza-making methods. He participated in pizza expos, visited pizza restaurants, and tasted different styles of pizza around the world until buying a nice wood-fired pizza oven and creating his own recipe.

Then time came for Hakan to open up his restaurant. Previously known as Napa Baking Company is now serving in Napa as Croccante. Chef Hakan offers long-fermented Pan-style Detroit and Chicago thin tavern style pizza.

Croccante currently holds an award from 50 top pizza, as one of the 50 top pizzerias in USA in the "excellent" category as well as a nomination by SF Chronicle as One of the Top Pizzerias in the Bay Area.
