About the restaurant

Tucked into Downtown Bellevue, Fujiwara offers a refined omakase experience devoted to the craft of sushi. Chef Seiji “Fuji” Fujiwara and his wife, Mikako, cultivate an intimate, tranquil setting that welcomes guests to unwind. Passing beneath the Noren feels transportive, as though you’ve slipped into Kurashiki, Japan, their hometown—where thoughtful hospitality and meticulous craftsmanship come together in quiet harmony.

Guided by the seasons, each course features carefully selected fish, including rare selections that invite guests to discover new flavors and textures. The experience is further elevated by its presentation: every dish is served on a one-of-a-kind Bizen-yaki ceramic, traditional pieces from their home region.

Bellevue

About the restaurant

From the owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine, one of Seattle"s most iconic and beloved establishments, comes Carmine's Bellevue. Carmine's Bellevue brings to the east side the same level of quality in service, food, and ambiance that has made its sister restaurant a true institution in Downtown Seattle. Located at 88 102nd Avenue in Bellevue's historic Old Bellevue neighborhood, Carmines is nestled against Bellevue Park. With a rustic, timeless interior, Carmine's provides patrons an escape from the increasingly urbanized way of life. Upscale and elegant, Carmine's feels anything but stiff and pretentious. Good for business meetings, special occasions, or simply dining with loved ones, Carmine's Bellevue is a true destination on the east side.
