Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes.

We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. Lunch seating available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's at 12:30 pm.

I understand Dinner Omakase is $180 per person + tax & gratuity. Lunch Omakase is $100 per person + tax & gratuity. A deposit of half the Omakase ($100 at dinner $50 at lunch) is required to book and will be applied toward the bill.

What a delicious experience. Each course was original and a delight to eat. Our Master explained every morsel, adding to the experience. It was an intimate, extraordinary evening. Pricey and worth every dollar.

This was our first time at Floza and was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. We shared the meatball appetizer and the house salad which was delicious and then ordered the margarita pizza which, in my opinion the best in the area, including Jupiter where we live Our waitress Suzy was terrific. She was helpful, efficient and cheerful. Needless to say we will be back. Ed
