Very good experience. We tried all three ceviche creations and they were excellent. It was a crowded Saturday night and the dining took a while so it may not be the place if you're in a hurry but for an enjoyable evening with some creative food, you have to give it a try.
Thought this was an excellent place to get a great meal. Nice selection of different choices, and all really well prepared. Busy and noisey when we went.
Good dinner! Love the octopus with olive sauce.
Great food and service! The restaurant needs some acoustic tiling to mitigate the noise level when they are crowded.
Service was prompt and accommodating. The apps/entrees/deserts were all superb!
Always a great dining experience. Love the mussels appetizer. Grilled salmon dinner well prepared.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!! Food and service were great!! Large portions that could make a second meal!!!
Very crowded, as most places on Valentine's day. It felt a little crammed in the room as extra tables were added. Service was very friendly and attentive after some initial delay. Some food items were very good, e.g., the octopus and scallops (starters), as well as the lobster ravioli. Others were only ok. We were seated on time for a late reservation (8:30PM) and we were the only ones left at 10:15PM with the staff sweeping the floors around us--which we perceived as somewhat inconsiderate.
The food was great and perfectly portioned. The El Sitio sampler was terrific, particularly the empanadas. I also thoroughly enjoyed the lamb stew dish and would recommend.
Exquisite appetizers. I loved the octopus platter. Great service
Very nice food and service and not another Italian restaurant!!!! Definitely worth a try. We each had appetizers -ceviche and octopus - which were well prepared and tasty and then split a Sunday night special seafood paella which was plenty for two. Service was great. Worth trying it, we will return.
Ceviches and pulpo and the paella was outstanding
Excellent dinner and choices. Lovely ambiance.
Fantastic as usual. Love the plantain empanadas! Also had the salmon which was delicious.
The manager and our server handled a problem we had in the most professional way I have ever experienced at a restaurant. They turned what could have been a less than stellar dinner into a home run. I can't say enough about El Sito. I would definitely recommend and and plan on going again in the near future.
Way too loud and packed in on a busy Saturday night. Veal Avant and Crab Cake entries wonderful. Service very good under the circumstances. Would go again but not on the weekend
Everything was delicious.... we had the sampler and the chorizo for apps... one of the lamb dishes and the seafood special for meals... I’m not sure have we did it be we also had dessert... the chocolate cake and the rice pudding... amazing.... we will be back
Great food, real South American from different countries. Really enjoyed it
Food was absolutely fabulous, will definitely return.
The food was delicious!
New Year’s Eve dinner. Great place to eat. Dinner specials were on point. Friendly family atmosphere located in Collingswood. Great safe area
The food was excellent and the service was good.
We dined on Christmas Eve, and it was our first visit. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
We went for Christmas Eve dinner, our waitress was not attentive, didn’t seem to know the menu very well. Our food was cold and too long and I was served a rare steak twice when I asked for mediums rare. I ended up being so frustrated that I didn’t even eat for our Christmas Eve dinner. Terrible and will not return.
Lovely people and awesome, authentic So American cuisine. Flank steak was the best I ever had. Empanadas are killer. Service is somewhat unrefined, but friendly. Excellent restaurant.
Pleasant atmosphere with great service and food.
The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is always inviting, and the staff always friendly and accommodating.
Great paella filled with yummy seafood. Enjoyed the mussels too. Nice atmosphere that is quiet enough to enjoy great conversation.
The food was magnificent!!!
The service was also superb.
Selections and specials were sufficient without overwhelming.
Portions were in line with costs.
Will def return soon!
Went for my brother’s birthday - second time I’ve been here and certainly not the last. Everything from service to food is amazing. We all enjoyed the empanada sampler and the El Sitio sampler as well as the bread served with their mushroom dipping sauce prior to our entrees. This time I got the seco de pollo and it was absolutely delicious. Other favorites at the table were the lobster ravioli, seco de chivo, and the skirt steak. Bring a bottle of your favorite wine, as this restaurant is BYOB, and try it out. You can’t go wrong.
This is my new favorite restaurant. Been there 4 times in the past month. Tried different entrees each time. Never disappointed. Desert is home made and out of this world.
Amazing dinner, delicious food
Love this place. I am gluten-free and they note this on their menu which is reassuring that they serve food that won’t affect me. Service always good. Food hot. Had pumpkin soup....delicious with a sneaky hint for heat! Empanadas are fantastic and favorite dish is chicken arepas! Highly recommend, this is on our regular rotation of restaurants!
Food was great!
Wonderful service and delicious food. The empanada sampler was a great appetizer for our group of 4 to share - the Argentinian chicken were my favorite. I had the Seco de Chivo for my main course, which was so flavorful and so tender that the meat just fell apart with a fork. We will definitely be coming back
The food was good, but for the price, it didn’t wow us. Flank steak was tough. However, the empanadas were excellent. Servers were very nice, but service itself was very slow. It took a long time to get bread and then our 1 appetizer. We were a party of 5; 4 adults and one older child. We were the first party to be seated for dinner (Friday night). Restaurant filled up quickly after that. We may try for lunch sometime, but I’m not sure we will go back on a weekend for dinner.
Food was very good.
