We celebrated my sister's 50th bday here. Ive been in the restaurant business for 30+ years and this was hands down the best Mexican food we ever had (and we tried everything!) Food and service were outstanding. Thank you so much for great time.

Food and service was great. Our server Shaq was friendly and attentive. We had fajitas which were plentiful and we each wound up taking home leftover portions. The prices were reasonable. The noise level was fairly high but we could still talk to each other without difficulty. Recommended.

Never disappointed when I go to El Sol. I highly recommend the mahi-mahi! My friend had a shredded chicken burrito and also said it was very good. House Margarita was perfect and refreshing. Had not seen my friend in almost a year and we were able to catch up with, what seemed like, perfect timing of the server coming to our table.

El Sol is lovely, centrally located in a historic downtown setting, it serves great Mexican fare in a casual environment. Menu is well thought out, and flavoring is on point. We sampled the Molcajete Carnitas and Lobster Enchilada, both were delicious. Drinks, with a nod to the Gourmet Margarita was savory. Was scared to have another, that potent and lingers on your tastebuds. Tastes like more. Michelle was our server, we simply loved her, made us feel at home, great suggestions and generally decent human being, providing professional service.
