It didn’t disappoint, the food choices were great and we decided on the fried chicken burger and the chicken shawarma. They were both lovely! Service was quick and the food delicious. We visited to celebrate a birthday, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lovely, and the whole experience felt really special. However, what truly made our visit stand out was our phenomenal waitress, Rachel! She was an absolute credit to the restaurant. So warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our entire visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she had that wonderful ability to make you feel completely looked after without ever being intrusive. It’s people like Rachel who turn a lovely meal into a truly memorable experience. The service was faultless, the food was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration. A huge thank you to Rachel and the entire team at The Ivy Chester. You’ve certainly reminded us why we love dining here.
