- JJenniferMinneapolis - St. Paul •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIf you’re looking for a sign to book dinner at DeGidio’s, this is it. Everything about our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The food was fantastic, and honestly, we may never order without server recommendations again because ours absolutely nailed every single suggestion. She was cheerful, attentive, smiling the entire evening, and somehow managed to make us feel like regulars on our first visit. And the drinks? The “Oldest Fashioned” was next-level amazing — complete with one of those perfectly clear ice spheres that instantly makes you feel fancier than you are. Then dessert arrived and somehow things got EVEN better: bread pudding, tiramisu, and the most incredible twist on a chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. We were already planning our return before we finished the last bite. We drove 45 minutes to get to DeGidio’s, and I’d gladly do it again tomorrow. In fact, I hope my not-so-subtle hints to my husband are enough to make another date night there happen very soon. 10/10 — worth every mile, every bite, and every calorie.More infoDeGidio's Restaurant$$$$• Italian• Saint Paul•4.8
- OOliviaMinneapolis - St. Paul •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoLet’s start with the highlight, my husband described eating at Myriel as the last scene in ratatouille where the critic is brought back to his childhood. That is what the food does at Myriel it feeds your soul. Myriel is so far beyond farm to table, the elevated rustic food hits the palate as sophisticated and deeply nourishing. And the service is that of a Michelin stared restaurant without the presumptive pomp. It is no surprise at all that Chef Karyn Tomlinson won 2025 James Beard for best chef in the Midwest. This place is special and we cannot wait to dine here again. Thank you Myriel for a wonderful evening and a soul warming experience.More infoMyriel$$$$• American• Macalester-Groveland•4.9
