What I like is that the vibe is totally casual and unpretentious. It is like you are dining on a friend’s rooftop deck, but they happen to be an amazing chef! The anchovies appetizer was delicious, as was the paparadelle bolognese and the pasta with crab. We had stopped in the precious night for a nightcap and saw the chef and sous preparing everyone’s meals and decided to cancel our reservations for the next night so we could dine a Gia. They recognized us immediately and went out of their way to make our experience the best we had in CDMX. The tiramisu was unfortunately sold out but the pannacotta was delicious, as was the affogato!
