Excellent food, service, and attention to detail. Celebrated a wedding anniversary and they left us a card on the table congratulating us, quite the wonderful touch.

The best place to be when stressed and great food is a necessity. Everything there is stress-free— service, table and food.

We had a group of 7, shared appetizers and each had different mains. Everything was wonderful.

It was our first time trying it and it was AMAZING! We went for an earlier dinner but it was becoming more packed as we left.

It was very cool to see tuna cutting for the first time. We got lucky and won the raffle to the kamatoro cut, and it was no doubt the highlight of our meal. The cut was tender, juicy and buttery and worth every dollar. We also ordered tuna sashimi and sushi, which were fresh but the quality of the fish was less stellar. It was heavy on the akami and not much toro, and certain cuts were stringy and harder to chew. Overall this was a very unique experience, and I very much appreciate Shinsengumi for bringing cultural events like this to our neighborhood. I will definitely return for future events.
