Chef Alex is always pushing the boundaries on Omakase and his flavor profiles and choices have reached a new level. Very fresh fish with perfect accompaniments and it's a can't miss experience for any sushi lover. And the entire staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. I put on my Open Table reservation that I was celiac, and they were ready and waiting for me when we arrived. Our incredibly knowledgeable server went over all the gluten free safety protocols they employ in general and ones they were doing that night. The pasta was so good I almost had to double check, that's how good it was! But it was indeed gluten free and I didn't get sick. This is the best gluten free pasta I have had other than one time I had freshly made on the spot gf pasta in Europe. The service was absolutely excellent, dedicated, and super duper helpful, and we had a lovely time!
