Other restaurants (their owners, managers, and staff) need to come here to observe, be trained in perfection of service, timing and quality. This restaurant has the structure of how to greet, seat, inform, and begin the ordering process. Beverage and food selection is top rate. Service is professional, thoughtful and timely.
