Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Colonial Town Center

A most excellent dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday! Our first time at Kres Chophouse certainly did not disappoint. He had the elk and I had a New York Strip. Both were cooked to perfection and the accompaniments supported the flavors of the meat without calling attention to themselves. I enjoyed a beautifully assembled spinach salad and my husband had the vegan brookie dessert (he’s obviously not vegan but necessarily stays away from dairy). Justin provided exemplary service worthy of the finest of fine dining restaurants anywhere in the country. What a treat to enjoy a restaurant that still maintains a delightfully relaxed elegance- a perfect Florida balance.

Took my wife out to dinner and had the pleasure of having Tristan as our server. He made some great recommendations and the 16oz bone in filet was great. All of the food was amazing as usual. I love this Capital Grille location.

The menu, taste, and quality of the food has far surpassed it's predecessor, The Boheme. Libra restaurant is a true delight. We can't wait to return.

An Exceptional Anniversary Dinner and Truly Memorable Experience at Eddie V’s! Jorge and I had the pleasure of celebrating our 19th anniversary at Eddie V’s, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful evening! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and gracious welcome from the host, setting the tone for what became an exceptional dining experience. Our server, Wendy, was absolutely delightful. Beyond her excellent service, she has such a calm, chic, and sophisticated personality, accompanied by a wonderfully cultured presence. We genuinely enjoyed exchanging a few words with her throughout the evening. She made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly special on our anniversary. We were also delighted when Justin, the restaurant manager, personally stopped by our table to introduce himself and offer his assistance should we need anything. That personal attention speaks volumes about the level of hospitality and management at Eddie V’s. We both enjoyed the Soirée Menu, which was beautifully presented and made for a delicious anniversary dinner. But one of the most touching moments came at the end of our evening. When we requested the check, Wendy returned with two beautiful red roses, one for each of us! 🌹🌹 Such a thoughtful, romantic, and unexpected gesture that made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. It’s these special details, genuine hospitality, and personal connections that distinguish an ordinary dinner from an extraordinary experience. Our sincere appreciation goes to Wendy, Justin, and the entire Eddie V’s team for making our 19th anniversary so special. Thank you for making us feel celebrated. We look forward to returning!
