Always a pleasure to share a table with my husband -- especially on our anniversary -- at Juniper & Ivy! We look for innovative food, and the restaurant scored well on that front. The shared plates were generous and the variety of tastes delightful. We loved being at bar level overlooking the busy room of diners and the open kitchen at work. A bottle of prosecco, great conversation and a complimentary pumpkin cheesecake helped to mark our 42nd year with style. Thank you team J&I!

We love going to Eddie V's in La Jolla. It is a beautiful location and the service is always excellent, catering to the customer's wants and desires for the evening. We requested our favorite server, Gustavo, and we are never disappointed in his attentiveness and efforts to make us comfortable. We return every time we are in La Jolla.

Food was delicious! Mostly sashimi we shared and it all had a real nice flair and flavor. Just visiting but I would recommend it, and next time we are in town I will be back!

Earlier dinner reservations are best for low noise levels . Food and service was outstanding! Our server Bailey was lovely and took care of our table for 2. Pork Tocino Tomahawk IS A MUST TRY! Chef Tara nailed that one and should be a permanent menu item. the dipping sauce with that one too was spot on took me back to authentic filipino food. portions are good for 2-3 people. Me and my husband have never had this 100% satisfaction at a restaurant. everything here from drinks, to apps, main, sides, desserts and tea were excellent! will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu

    My husband and I always have the most amazing food and service. We were there to celebrate my father who passed away six years ago.  Its always special coming here, one of our favorite spots to dine at.

    Fabulous experience, some of the best, most thoughtful service we’ve gotten. Our server Jake was outstanding, made great suggestions and had a knack for knowing just when to stop by. The dry-aged ribeye was phenomenal, the mushrooms were delicious, the cocktails were on point, and the seasonal macaron was a perfect last bite. The atmosphere is classic without being pretentious, and we appreciated the great music at a volume that allowed us to easily converse without hearing the people around us. We sat in the dining room but took in the gorgeous view from the second floor open air space after dinner. 10/10, would recommend, ask for Jake!
