Our first time dining at this restaurant and staff was very welcoming, since we were early they accommodated us at the bar with kindness and great hospitality. Once the table was ready we were personally notified and directed upstairs which was a nice comfortable space. Our waiter was very kind and polite with just the right amount of interaction and checked on us at the right times. Perfect way to spend our evening in the area.

★★★★★ The Fig Tree in Charlotte delivered an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. The combination of a beautiful setting, outstanding food, and genuinely attentive service made this one of those dinners that feels special rather than simply a night out. I started with the escargot, which was wonderfully prepared—rich, flavorful, and an excellent beginning to the meal. For my entrée, I chose the duck, and it was superb: beautifully cooked, tender, and full of flavor. My wife ordered the elk chop, which was equally impressive. It was prepared perfectly and offered something distinctive that you simply don’t find on many menus. What elevated the evening even further was the service. Zach took excellent care of us throughout dinner. He was knowledgeable, attentive, personable, and professional without ever being intrusive. His timing was excellent, and he helped make the entire experience feel relaxed and memorable. The Fig Tree strikes that increasingly rare balance between fine dining and genuine hospitality. Excellent cuisine, an inviting atmosphere, and first-rate service made for a truly memorable evening. We will absolutely return—and when we do, we’ll be happy to have Zach take care of us again. Highly recommended. Five stars without hesitation.

The best restaurant that I have been to in awhile. I am from NYC and it reminds me of a place you’d find in the West Village. Excellent food, cocktails, customer service and aesthetics.

    Beyond Excellent. We had the best meal last night. The food was excellent (salmon ad shrimp pasta). However the service was incredible. Tatiana surprised my daughter and me with a celebration glass of champagne for my daughters acceptance into med school. This was total surprise. In addition, we were offered a free desert. This was way beyond our expectations. This simple gesture made us huge fans and we left her with a nice tip. This was customer service at its finest. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate this extra attention. Thank you Tatiana and Sixty Vines.
