Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Oakland

Food was very good. Service was 12 out of 10. Only negative is that the Waygu-American filet did not seem any different than a regular filet The crispy shrimp appetizer and s’mores dessert were fantastic. Will be back with friends.

A wonderful experience, as always. The care you showed to us for having both a birthday and anniversary was greatly appreciated. Our server was phenomenal, and very open to feedback when my husband's steak came out overcooked. She understood that it wasn't her fault, which we made sure to express multiple times! The manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill, despite providing another steak, and that was also greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for everything!

Third time at Kaya and it has become one of my favorite restaurants. Great ambiance and service coupled with excellent cocktails and even better food. Every menu item I have had has been a winner. Cannot recommend enough.

Everything was delicious. Can recommend the French onion soup, corn ribs appetizer, steak frites, burger, and vinegar pie! Our waitress, Lila, was great.

The two of us shared a salad and a pepperoni pizza. That was plenty of food for us. Instead of a few big slices of pepperoni on the pizza it had many, many small diameter pepperonis on the pizza. It was really good, if a little salty.
