Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Carlsbad

We had a fabulous time at Green Dragon Tavern! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and I loved the warm, welcoming vibe inside. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger a little longer after dinner. I’d happily go back and would recommend it to friends!

We sat at the bar, the full menu was available and we enjoyed great drinks and food while watching football. I had a delicious Black Manhattan my wife had the Spanish Margarita which she really enjoyed we had an order of lamb lollipops with our drinks which were tender and succulent. I had the brick chicken for my entree and she had the halibut both dishes were outstanding and perfectly prepared. We ended the evening sharing the flourless chocolate cake which was as rich and decadent as could be. All in all it was a very memorable and enjoyable evening. We will be back!

The Server was Excellent, I enjoyed having my Birthday Dinner there, thank you!!

Great chef experience. He had tricks we had not seen before. The food was made to order, just right. Server was exceptional too.

The only down side were the chairs. Very hard, metal chairs. Look cute but very uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent!
