Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Central Austin

Always a great experience. The food and service were both excellent. Beef and broccoli, general TSOs chicken, and the brisket fried rice are our go-tos and the chili wantons are a nice way to start the meal. Highly recommend!

Love it! High quality ingredients and everything was fresh!

What a decision treat!! We were first timers so the backwater sent us out some focaccia and whipped butter on the house to start, it was devine!! For cocktails we had the southern belle and creamsicle, both perfect (and stiff, score!) We followed up with the Brussels for second course and those were equally as delicious. Very rich, but worth every bite. Hot boy summer pizza was a perfect entree for 2 and not a crumb was left behind. Next time we’ll do 2 pizzas to try the other awesome options. One of best start to finish meals we’ve had in awhile! Ambiance is so nice as well, old home with plenty of seating and a large outdoor patio w a good view of partial skyline and sunset. Cant wait to come back!

Amazing experience and location. We hosted a birthday party for 35people total and for kids! Accomodations were priceless! The staff was very accommodating, professional, informative and just made sure that everyone had a memorable experience! The kids were loud, laughing and enjoyed every moment! Thank you to the staff for making this party a hit!
