Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Lake Oswego

We live Lucca! It’s a great neighborhood restaurant with friendly service and delicious, well prepared food!

It’s a little noisy, but I like the noise they make. Soul food should be eaten with good music, after all. You can never go with the fried chicken, no matter how it served. Fried okra rocks, but isn’t served as a side only as a starter so plan your order around it. Our kids loved the waffles & staff treats us like family. Definitely our go to spot on Burnside.

Our server, Colleen, was efficient, pleasant and provided just the right amount of service. Food was good for the value. The main entree portions were very reasonable - so no waste. However, the slice of cake was ridiculously large. The ambience was too bright. The lighting is overdone.

Cascadia is in an upmarket hotel focused on business travelers. It is fairly typical of that genre in design and motif. Of note, the restaurant was refreshingly quiet. The staff were attentive and friendly. We ate at Cascadia for Thanksgiving. They served a buffet dinner that was tasty, but not exceptional. The turkey was pressed and formed breast meet sliced thin. The dressing was very nice. Normal Thanksgiving sides ranged from uninspired salads to a very pleasant variety of desserts. Still, at a price north of $50 per head, I expected something more. Nevertheless, my wife and I plan to try out Cascadia for a date night. I will leave another revue then.

We have been going to Wildfin since they opened. This occasion was my 93rd birthday observance. The food was better than ever! It continues to be my favorite restaurant in this area.
