We celebrated a very special 70th birthday today and it was absolutely perfect. From cocktails to champagne curtesy of the fabulous bar tender to the appy, the meal, the special birthday dessert and the Salamander seasonal cake and fancy coffees. Lisa was so wonderful and took such good care of us. We will be back again for our next birthday celebration in a few weeks.

This was my second visit in just a few days, and the second time was far better than the first. Perhaps our first visit -- on a busy weekend night -- found the kitchen a bit overwhelmed. Last night was a quieter evening in the restaurant, and the food was cooked to perfection.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday. I felt as if I was a guest in someone’s home. Watching the way the employees interacted with one another, you could feel how much love was in the room and how much they all care about the food and the experience. 10/10. I went right after they opened so it was still pretty quiet. Great for a solo dinner. I’ve had Turkish food before but never have I had a meal that I felt like this. Truly a gem. Thank you so much ladies, I’ll be back soon.
