The new All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, which is located on the site of what was a tackle & bait shop in 1936, draws inspiration from the materials and tools once sold there. It celebrates Seattle's maritime industry, from the portraits of fishermen and articulated shelves to the fresh seafood highlighting the best of the Pacific Northwest. The rustic materials draw from the simplicity of fishing boats, incorporating worn white-washed wood, metal, and simple white brick.

We had the best experience at Barolo ristorante! I had a business dinner with a client and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. The atmosphere felt cozy but elevated and elegant. If you haven’t tried this Italian restaurant you need to. The food is fantastic with a touch of true Italian quality. The calamari sautéed with garlic, tomato sauce and olives was delicious! The staff that assisted us was so helpful and attentive, always keeping our water glasses full and the timing for the food and drinks to arrive was perfect. Even when I went to the restroom when I came back they replaced my napkin with a fresh new one. Everyone looked so happy and they were above and beyond on all my requests. This was our second time dining at Barolo and the experience has been memorable every time. We ordered a bottle of Joseph Phelps Cabernet from Napa and it was amazing. Full body red wine with nice tannins and fresh acidity. Powerful but elegant at the same time. It paired well with the Tagliata Wagyu steak. I have tried other Italian restaurants in Seattle but none has the same consistency of service and high quality food like Barolo. Desserts were absolutely delicious, you can tell by the quality that they are freshly made in house. Tiramisu has a little praline crunch that’s really good and the chocolate cake was so decadent. Our server was very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. The best classic Italian food in town! We can’t wait to come back!

French toast was excellent. Was soft and glazed with syrup and caramelized mildly to have a soft bitter flavor pairing well with the sweetness. Crispy potatoes is a worth a mention. Best I have ever had in recent treats. Staff was attentive and courteous. Must visit spot for breakfast if any plans to visit Seattle Downtown area.
