    The new menu items we tried - grilled octopus and salmon tartare - are really good as a pairing. I had a special mocktail drink request since I can't have alcohol and neither Noah our waiter or the bartender had a problem. She just made my strange request with a smile and asked how I liked it. It was delicious and really made the meal. We're regulars at Blue Gill - for good reason.

    We were able to get a reservation for graduation weekend because I had forgotten to make one months in advance, as is usual during this busy weekend. The restaurant did not disappoint. The ambience was pleasant, the servers extremely polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant
