Best Pre-Theater Restaurants in Thornton

Back again for another DCPA show and our favorite pre-show dinner spot. Kept it simple with the goar cheese dip starter, a couple of burgers, and the dessert poutine. All delicious. Thanks to Amanda for taking great care of us. The Office never disappoints!

Excellent for pre-theater or pre-ballet. Loved the ambiance and the somewhat quieter venue than a lot of places downtown. Very tasty menu items, especially the deviled eggs with caviar and the peanut butter and chocolate dessert. Make sure to check out the photos of late 1800s and early 1900s Denver on the first landing just up the marble stairs.

I am happy to write a positive review after 2 years of not going to Prelude and post after a very negative experience there. Now, new chef, new manager and updated staff. My daughter and I had a , thankfully lovely experience before a play on Sunday. I’m happy to feel better about this- what used to be a staple for us as season theatre goers! It is important to give feedback- positive or negative. I’m glad this one is positive! Erin our server, Daniel, the manager all took great care to make sure our experience was great. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary and the food, service, and ambiance was phenomenal! I specifically chose Panzano because of reviews that they are attentive to gluten-free and celiac diets, and they did not disappoint. The staff explained their prep and cooking processes for celiac diners and everything was amazing and delicious. We will definitely be back!
