Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Erie

We had a nice, special-occasion lunch planned and chose Oliver’s because of the expected bayfront view, food quality and nearby location. We found convenient on-street parking. The sky was cloudy but soon cleared, and our window seating gave us a beautiful view of the Erie bayfront. We enjoyed the shrimp & lobster bisque, blue crab ravioli and walleye sandwich. This is a good location for special occasions, especially when the weather is clear to enjoy the view.

Food was delish as usual. Server was good until the end when we needed to get out quickly as she was told we had plans at a certain time but thankfully did not miss anything.

The pork chop was outstanding, and the salmon was delicious! We also loved splitting the wedge salad. Too huge for one person!
