For many years, William had wanted to open his own restaurant & finally he has. "The Cart Shed".Showcasing the best of local and seasonal food, much of which will have been produced on the family farm, but we aim not to travel more than 10 miles for any of our ingredients (except for the odd exotic like lemons for your G&T).We have rejuvenated the horticultural side of the farm. Along with poultry, quail and squab pigeons the farm is providing much of the food served in the restaurant.William & his friends will also be out with their guns & fishing rods to provide a little wild meat for the table such as venison, partridge, trout not to mention the humble wood pigeon and rabbit.After a couple of years of interruption caused by COVID & life things are now back to normal with a new team & a newly refurbished restaurant.We look forward to seeing you all soon.

    A great place to go for atmosphere, good food and amazing service. Davide welcomed us and showed us to our table. Immediately a very friendly vibe and lots of Sardinian personality. I’m a Sommelier, so I value good service and enjoy seeing how a restaurant works. Davide and his colleague Andrew looked after us very well, bringing food and good vibes. Andrew was polite, chilled organised and very professional. The perfect team with Davide’s personality. The food was excellent and not too expensive. I’m vegan and managed to find some options. They have a good dry Zibbibo Orange Wine, which I had with the food. It was our 16th anniversary and Davide and Andrew gave us two glasses of Zibbibo desert wine and two limoncellos, both of which were very good. An excellent night. Well done to everyone. Thank you Davide and Andrew and of course the chefs! Great atmosphere!

    We had the most amazing meal the atmosphere was incredible with live singer, staff were incredibly welcoming friendly & attentive every little detail was on point. Food was delicious cooked & presented beautifully the added touches to make a celebration special were so nice and we’d highly recommend trying
