Best Date Night Restaurants in Stockport

Our first visit in a long time and we really enjoyed it. Dishes to share are perfect size with interesting choices. Wine list comprehensive. Service very friendly and attentive. Great ambience. Beautiful environment

We dined here on Saturday 24th October. The food was incredible, the staff were lovely and attentive without being over the top. Our table seemed to be ours for the evening, we weren’t at any point rushed. It was nice to enjoy our courses without feeling we weren’t being ushered on to the next. I’d left a note that it was for a birthday celebration, but didn’t think anything more, at the time of our deserts we were surprised with a delicious cheesecake and the staff singing happy birthday to my fiancé, father in law and daughter. We will definitely be back. 🩷

We had the Taste of Peter Street Kitchen set menu which was great, good variety of foods, some of them quite impressive such as the cabbage steak, dessert, I’d say the perfect set menu for the first time visiting, the cocktails were outstanding and decently priced. Overall, a great experience for celebrating my husband’s birthday, it is indeed on the pricy side and the service charge is a bit more expensive than standard 10% but they do a great job with the service and atmosphere so I’d say it’s worth the price for a celebration.
