    Highly recommended by locals. Dishes are generous and rich - we took half of our meals home. Tried the pork chop special and the smoked pork shank - both excellent. Interesting and creative sides. Save room for the Limoncello Tiramisu. Kylie was our outstanding server! We’ll be sure to come back next time we’re in Vail.

    Excellent food and service as always. Unlike many Valley restaurants, the portion sizes are actually adequate for the the $$. The only thing I would let people know about is that the cost of a good martini there has gone up to $27.50, which is more than the best steakhouses in Chicago, and most comparable restaurants in the Valley like Juniper only charge $22-24. (But I guess that is better than the RItz Carlton Bachelor Gulch bar, which charges a ridiculous $38.) Now I just need to motivate Colin to make some more of his world class Limoncello!

    Grouse Mountain Grill is an exceptional restaurant. The service is always professional and top notch. The food was unbelievably amazing. Stand out dish: Baked Brie with Blackberry Jam, toast points and Pistachio. Also the Salmon Crudo with Honey Creme fresh, quinoa, beets and dill is not to be missed. Always a wonderful experience!
