He was incredibly attentive and helpful when navigating the gluten free options for my husband. We were greeted at the door, by a host/manager, who said happy birthday to my daughter. Happy we happened upon One 53 in a neighborhood setting in an old house with farm to table food, and well prepared. The service was friendly and welcoming.
