Best chefs tasting menu we have ever done We absolutely loved the food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mary Anne, Austin and John were f’ing amazing!!!!!!! We are gonna come back to NO every 6 months just to come and do the chefs tasting BLOWN AWAY!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!

We had a wonderful dinner. Everything was delicious. Our waiter Jimmy was absolutely thrilled delightful. He really made our evening so special. The service was fantastic and our dinner was great! Jimmy suggested the white chocolate bread pudding. It was the best bread pudding we have ever had. We can’t wait to go back. Restaurant Rebirth is one of our new favorite places to dine.

Saffron is always fantastic. Last night, the roasted oysters w/ parmesan and curry leaf, Bombay (fried) shrimp w/ tomato-ginger remoulade, and the Breads and Spreads (chicken pickle, eggplant dip and naan) started things off. Entree was the Nariyal Fish (grilled redfish served on a bed of curd rice over a green coconut korma - so perfectly cooked and a just right balance of flavors. Mr. and Mrs. Vilkhu and their staff go above and beyond to create a truly unique mixture of Creole and Indian food that you won't find anywhere else. Absolutely recommended.

My hubby and I have been coming here for several years. It is absolutely one of the finest restaurants we have ever eaten at (and we have traveled and eaten all over the world.) Charming atmosphere, fabulous staff who are knowledgeable, fun, engaging and attentive. The food is phenomenal - delicious and inventive, always fresh. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is! Don’t miss it when in New Orleans!
