At Nori Bar, we make a darn good sushi handroll and are proud to say so. Our handrolls meet at the intersection of the freshest seafood from Hawaii and Tokyo, fluffy Koshihikari rice, and hella crisp nori. This isn’t your grandpa’s traditional sushi restaurant, but that doesn’t mean he won’t like it, too.We built this restaurant to offer a high-quality sushi experience to a wider audience. So come in, kick back, and roll with us.

Senia is one of Honolulu’s favorite restaurants for simply good food. We offer an à la carte menu with delicious, casual food made with exceptional craft. Chef Anthony Rush trained in multiple three Michelin-starred restaurants and creates beautiful dishes with passion and skill, but he believes everyday food should be delicious and well-crafted, too, so Senia was created to be a casual, affordable, neighborhood restaurant. We celebrate quality ingredients, creativity, classic techniques, and thoughtful hospitality. We welcome you in for dinner to share a meal with friends and loved ones in a comfortable, beautiful space. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, we invite you to join us at our Chefs’ Counter for our award-winning Tasting Menu. With eight seats and one seating on Friday and Saturday nights, our Tasting Menu is exclusive and luxurious. It’s not all fancy on the weekends, though. We always offer casual dining and our à la carte menu in our main dining room.

Outstanding experience from the moment we walked in. As always, exceptional service, friendly and prompt. The Kalua pork Quesadilla, our must have to start, along w/ the Green beans. The homemade chicken pot pie /veggies is Spectacular! It looked & tasted like it belonged on a Food magazine cover, the fresh herbs keep me coming back! The fresh fish tacos exceptional as always. Their homemade lemonade is delightfully refreshing. We came here for an early dinner (3:45pm) then a great movie across the street, the perfect time to reconnect. We especially appreciate the great playlist of Hawaiian music, many favs to bring back wonderful memories

We hadnt eaten at Basalt since late 2025. We had family in from Molokai and decided to take them to try it out. We had loved it before, and this was no different. From the service to the drinks, to the food, to the atmosphere...everything was top-notch. A must try if you have not eaten there already. We did not have to wait for service, and the food stand outs were the prime rib (so tender), mushroom risoto (lovely flavors and texture), ahi and shutomi cooked just right and flavorful), the gnocchi is made in house and some of the best we have had -BUT- you have to like tomato sauce. The same ingredients without the tomato sauce would be lovely too. The clam & shrimp pupus were killer and the amuse bouche was a lovely treat. We also shared the mochi brownie and pog pie desserts. Both very lovely. The mochi brownie would level up a notch with vanilla gelato (they ran out). We were stuffed when we left and were still talking about it the day after. Highly recommend!

Strip steak is a great place to eat at. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We had Rich, and he assisted by giving us a heads up as far as what we can share and if the plates were shareable. My wife and I stopped here to have dinner on Sunday night. We shared the 20 OZ RIBEYE, which they cut up for us and shared the whipped mashed potatoes. Both were amazing! I’m not a mashed potatoes type of person, but they were very good here! Would definitely be back!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at PAI Honolulu and it was a wonderful evening with fantastic food and terrific service. Our 5 course prix fixe meal was interesting, creative, delicious and beautifully presented. Locally sourced products were featured and our meal rivaled the Michelin restaurants we’ve dined at in Europe. It was a most memorable meal which we won’t soon forget.
