And the fact that they import some of their base ingredients (flour, etc.) from Italy allowed by Gluten sensitive spouse to partake of the pastas much to her delight! The Northern and modern Italien oriented menu was also very much appreciated. Truly a high end culinary experience, as we can state from years and years of being foodies. We also came late on a sunday due to delays from a long day of travel and they served us without any sense of rush, which we really appreciated.
