Best Restaurants for Groups in Aldwark

We had a wonderful meal at Tasca to celebrate my birthday. The staff were very attentive - but not intrusive - and we enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. The Goan Curry had some kick but was not overpowering. The cauliflower dish and the mixed tomato salad were delicious and the fritas had a delightful spice dusting. We just about had room to share the chocolate delice which was a revelation. Only slight downside - fellow diners got loud ( fuelled by alcohol mostly) and the acoustics in the room made this noticeable. We will be back and Tasca is definitely an asset to Easingwold. Staff were lovely and attentive from the moment we arrived , and made us feel most welcome. Food was v good indeed and reasonably priced in comparison to most places. Although we thought portions looked a little small when they arrived they were more than adequate and v tasty.. The meals of other diners around looked pretty good too! Would most certainly go back if we were in the area again.
