Extremely good service, good ambiance, we enjoyed our meal.

Really beautiful food and experience. The cookie ice cream dessert, the short ribs, bread service, gnocchi and sweet potatoes were my favorites! The cabbage and berimundi had some heat to it but still great!

Our fine dining professional demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of the menu, thoughtfully guiding us through the selections, current specials, and house favorites. Every recommendation was delivered with confidence and genuine enthusiasm, making our first visit all the more memorable. Hats off to the Chef and culinary team! The menu offers an impressive selection, and the kitchen clearly operates with remarkable precision and artistry. Every dish that passed our table was beautifully presented, each seemingly a culinary masterpiece of its own. The dishes we enjoyed were every bit as delicious as they were visually stunning. Food and quality is some of the best I’ve had in Denver for a fast casual sushi meal. Their sashimi lunch is my favorite and is so fresh! Only complaint is their service. They really need more than one server at a time as they are stretched thin. Love Enso!
