Food is divine. Don't worry if you have no experience with Vietnamese food. Ask for help from the waiter. He can guide you expertly. There are lots of dishes that look unusual to a westerner, but that are nonetheless beautiful and delicious. Give Annam a try! You will keep going back for the flavors and experience.
