Nunzio did a great job managing a number of large and slightly complicated orders, and was always available if we needed anything. And Istvan - incredible mastery of being ready to serve 10 wines blind in approximately an hour. A really great job! And kudos to the chef again for great steaks, especially the Pittsburgh fillets. Only comment would be - it would be terrific if you could have more larger cuts - especially porterhouse- available. Up to 2.5 kg thick cut! We would order those every time!
