Had an outstanding experience at Redbird for a whiskey tasting event. The evening was exceptionally well organized, with a sophisticated atmosphere that made the event feel both elevated and welcoming. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for enjoying a curated selection of premium whiskeys. The tasting itself was thoughtfully presented, offering a great balance of education, storytelling, and appreciation for each pour. The hosts were knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate, making the experience enjoyable for both seasoned whiskey enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The food pairing was excellent and complemented the whiskeys beautifully, enhancing the flavors and making the overall experience even more memorable. Redbird truly knows how to create a first-class event that combines exceptional hospitality, culinary excellence, and a unique experience. Looking forward to attending future events.

This was my first time enjoying a pre-theater meal at Jemma, and everything worked out perfectly. The timing was impeccable, the kale and chicken salad was outstanding, and the basil margarita was an absolute 10/10. The restaurant's convenient location made for a short, stress-free walk to the Pantages, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

Great atmosphere, absolutely transported to a European oasis. All of the food tasted spectacular, but don’t expect to get full. More of a tasting menu and a bit pricey, but a great choice for a night out with friends.
