Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Jamaica Estates

Never a disappointment. A special restaurant for a celebration or just a night out. Good drinks, delicious food and friendly service.

Great atmosphere- excellent menu- Alonso was terrific!

The prime rib was outstanding, rivaled a steakhouse portion and quality without a steakhouse price!!! The halibut was equally delicious and the accompaniments on both entrees were generous and tasty. I’d like to mention even their complimentary bruschetta and bread selections (served by staff) is a nice touch to round out a complete meal. As always, service and attention to details was fabulous. Bridget added to the experience with her professional manner and quick service. Lino is always there with a smile and welcoming attitude which is why we enjoy returning and recommending Davenport Press. There are many options for going out near Garden City but at times other restaurants are inconsistent in service, food quality and preparation, here we are never disappointed. Thank you for a great meal & service. Laura F.

First time customer. Small, cozy atmosphere. Service top notch. Food was delicious and the portions were unusually large. The “freebies” Included bottles of still and sparkling water on the table as well as a portion of hot and cold complimentary appetizers. An A+ experience.

This place never fails. We sat down right away and the waitress came over to take our drink order. The food was great. The price is right and the staff is wonderful.
