Best Restaurants with a Vibrant Bar Scene in Hillsborough, New Jersey

We dined at Steakhouse 85 for its Date night special. It was a very good value, with several choices to select for the fixed price option. We were greeted and seated immediately, service was great, and the portions were generous.

I recently visited Mediterra and had a great experience! The meal was excellent, and I was really impressed by the flavor profile of the dishes—everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted fresh.The service was also a highlight; the staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. For the quality of food and the overall atmosphere, I thought the prices were very reasonable.I’d definitely recommend people check this spot out if they’re in Princeton.

For a busy Mother’s Day Metro North did an excellent job. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was just right with perfect timing. They graciously subbed veggies for potatoes and split the bill for us. We had a variety of meals from quiche to steak to their famous butterfish. Everything was prepared correctly and arrived steaming hot. Excellent experience all around

Amazing food, value and service. Monica our waitress was spot on again. Really took care of every little detail. A true professional. My wife's spicy chicken parmigiana was the best she had ever eaten. Restaurant was buzzing with customers, wait staff, buss and manager were perfectly accommodating the patrons. Love La Griglia

Food was absolutely delicious! Atmosphere was great, lots of large parties happening but did not affect the great service from the wait staff. Great evening, great food and great service. 5 star dining!
