Best Restaurants with a Vibrant Bar Scene in Parkville, Baltimore / Maryland

I had an amazing experience here at Fogo today I came in for lunch and the staff was amazing ! Shout out to Jacqueline and Noe I will come back .

Sotto Sopra is, without question, my favorite restaurant in Baltimore — Italian or otherwise. Ricardo, Monika, and their entire staff could not be more gracious, welcoming, or attentive. In my opinion, it is not only the most beautiful restaurant in the city, but also the most romantic. The food and service are consistently exceptional, always deserving of five stars. The fact that they have survived — and thrived — for 30 years tells me everything I need to know.

This was my first time at Tagliata for lunch and it did not disappoint. I had the Sicilian salad and calamari which were both amazing. Great service, beautiful patio setting.

We have loved Rusty Scuppers for a long time and it never disappoints. Our server, Dante, was wonderful, and we had such a nice dinner being served by him. The Maryland crab soup, crab cakes, Mahi-Mahi fish, and butter cake were superb. Whenever we are in Baltimore, Rusty's is the place to eat and be. The restaurant overlooking the inner harbor and the fresh food is always a hit. Thanks to Dante again for a wonderful experience!
