Best Restaurants with a Vibrant Bar Scene in Port Moody

What a difference in service from the night before. Our server Ricky was friendly, helpful and knowledgable on food options for intolerances and allergies. We had a mixture of foods from the lounge menu and dinner menu. My gluten free pecan fondue was delicious and the beers and wine were great. We had a fabulous evening with our friends and the experience was fabulous. Thank you Ricky.

Amazing as always. The food was particularly superb (brunch) this visit. And Steph and Tasha are always a charm to deal with. Nothing but happy and delicious vibes! 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Exceptional Food and Outstanding Service! What a fantastic dining experience at ATLAS Steak + Fish at the Burnaby Casino! Everything was absolutely exceptional, from the food to the outstanding service. Our waitress was simply amazing! She was professional, attentive, personable, funny, and genuinely wonderful. Her communication was excellent, and she made us feel so welcome. From personally pouring our wine to ensuring everything was perfect, she demonstrated what exceptional customer service should look like. I honestly wish my husband had left her a bigger tip, as he accidentally tipped less than she deserved! ATLAS is incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. Now, the food was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the beef tenderloin, paella, delicious mashed potatoes, and a decadent caramel chocolate dessert. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. I also have to say that ATLAS was hands down better than Hy’s Steakhouse! I had dinner at Hy’s just the weekend before, and ATLAS served a far superior steak. The quality, flavour, and overall experience were outstanding. Great food brings customers in, but exceptional service brings them back. Our waitress truly made our evening memorable, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what a wonderful employee they have. Five stars all around! We will absolutely be back!

An outstanding serving experience. Kudos to our server Sol, who was exceptional. All courses from the appetizers to the main course and sides were delicious. The ambience was wonderful, too. We will visit when we come to Vancouver again.

Had a challenge when first seated - waited about 20 minutes for a server. Had to go back to the hostess stand to alert them no one had come to see us. Manager stepped in to assist and turned the experience around. Went well after the team was made aware of the experience. Good service recovery in that regard. There was an error on our bill at the end which was promptly fixed with prompt attention. Quality of food and drink was very good. Mushrooms Neptune, Bleu Cheese Filet & bacon wrapped filet were all excellent. Kudos to the team for addressing our issues with urgency and recovering. Would (and will) still come back again. Thank you
