Best Live Music Restaurants in Ropley

A truly beautiful restaurant with amazing service. We went for my partners birthday and they brought his dessert with a candle and gave him a card. This was a very respectful way to help celebrate and it was greatly appreciated that there was no attention drawn but still allowed us to celebrate and make some lovely memories. The food was great with excellent portions. Highly recommended this restaurant.

On a Friday, early evening, our family celebrated my wife's birthday at Pianillo. We had been once before, when celebrating our son's 30th. On that occasion we greatly enjoyed the evening but were seated a little too near the singer and so found conversation difficult at times. For my wife's birthday, therefore, I'd requested a quiet table, and one with space for our 6-month-old grandson's pushchair alongside. Both of these wishes were granted. The food and service were excellent, and the small firework-like candles that the staff provided for my wife's birthday cake were amazing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic atmosphere. Genuine family run restaurant, great live music, steins of beer, hearty food and very very Austrian. The warm pretzel bread with sweet mustard sauce was delightful. A little pricy, but justified by the unique atmosphere and a single evening sitting (so rare these days) which means we could settle in and relax without being rushed. A true hidden gem.

Very nice experience, attentive service, good atmosphere, very very good piano man! Excellent choice of drinks, reasonable prices (considering the location). The only thing holding the 5 stars back is the relatively limited choice of food, but that’s a minor quibble.
