    A perfect restaurant, quirky decor, cozy, a warm ambience, quiet enough to have a decent conversation. Every dish was really tasty, with interesting combinations. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back.

    Every experience at the restaurant is always five star. The food quality is as good as you would find anywhere in the world the service is amazing and the quality of wine is second to none. There is a relaxed approach by the waitstaff and with the addition of a Pinot noir from the Mornington Peninsula, called Birchwood Lane there is nothing but five star experience to be had at this magnificent eatery in New Street Brighton. I thoroughly recommend you to try yourself.

    Such a hidden gem. The ambience strikes that perfect balance, relaxed yet considered and the service from the experienced staff was seamless. The food was delicious, the cocktails equally so, and the wine list impressively extensive. It genuinely feels like you’ve stepped into a cool European bar. We’ll absolutely be back!
