Meatballs , Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts and mushroom sliders were all delicious! Servers were all super friendly!

This was my fifth visit to Vetri. Two were in the early 2000s, and they were very special events that I saved up months for and traveled out of town to visit. Fast forward 20 + years, I now live in Philly and have more resources. Would Vetri still stack up next to the new Philadelphia fine dining scene, including the newly awarded Michelin-starred restaurants? The answer is a resounding YES! This year, I've been fortunate to dine in many of the better-known and award-winning restaurants in town, as well as returning to Vetri twice. When my husband and I wanted to treat a visiting relative to a special dinner, our choice was unanimous and clear - Vetri. It is still our favorite fine dining experience in Philly! We asked ourselves why...and concluded that it's because Vetri is first and foremost about the food. The menu consists of items that we would love to eat every single day. Their flexibility (two prix fixe options, add-ons, table can order different options, etc.) make it easy to bring guests. The service is OUTSTANDING. Diana was our server this evening, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, as well as warm and welcoming. We tried 10 different dishes, and every single one was amazing! Vetri delivers on all fronts, and we look forward to our next visit.

We always have a great experience when we come here. The bartenders and waitstaff are super knowledgeable. We love trying new wines every time we visit!!
