Sotto Sopra is, without question, my favorite restaurant in Baltimore — Italian or otherwise. Ricardo, Monika, and their entire staff could not be more gracious, welcoming, or attentive. In my opinion, it is not only the most beautiful restaurant in the city, but also the most romantic. The food and service are consistently exceptional, always deserving of five stars. The fact that they have survived — and thrived — for 30 years tells me everything I need to know.

This is our go to restaurant for incredible food in Annapolis. The flavor combinations and ingredient pairings are truly unrivaled in the area. Their happy hour menu is also such an amazing deal. We have had dinner here three times and had three different servers, but the service has always been exceptional. If you appreciate food, you will love this restaurant. I cannot recommend it enough.
