Wasn’t expecting much from a hotel restaurant but had heard about Uni years ago and was excited to try it. Very fresh fish even on a Monday. Server attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Sashimi excellent: Hokkaido scallop, hamachi (best of the bunch with cherries, micro shiso and ponzu), chutoro and fois gras tataki. Fried chicken bao with oscetra caviar surprisingly good combo with shiso leaf, pickle and what tasted liked thousand island dressing. Chow fun unlike any other sliced into square blocks and flash fried so that it has a thin crisp exterior and satisfying chewy noodle inside. Yummy duck confit dumplings. Rolls and nigiri well executed: salmon, hamachi, hamachi belly. Miso soup tasty. Would come again!

We came to town to enjoy a weekend with our son who recently moved to Boston and wanted to enjoy a nice meal together. Deuxave was absolutely magnificent and was exactly what were looking for. Cocktails were great and offered tasty options! We ordered the beets, pork belly and onion soup for starters and we all enjoyed these dishes. Well cooked and portions were good. We then ordered the Duck Breast (wife and son) and I ordered the Bolognese. All of these dishes were wonderfully prepared and fabulous tasting. Very good! Our service was very good and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful meal with great service in a great environment. I highly recommend. Thank you Deuxave.

One of the best dining experience I have had in Boston. Blows away a Michelin starred dinner I ate in Slovenia last week. Food combinations were unique and harmonious, service was amazing, and timing of the meal spot on. The room is elevated without being formal. Loved the whole evening! Highly recommend.
