    We had a fabulous experience at L'Abattoir last evening. The food, service and ambience was first rate. The servers were so enthusiastic about the food and described each dish with care and precision. Every course was a delight - a fabulously spiced duck confit, perfect cooked and so fresh wild halibut, the best cauliflower ever - perfectly spiced, roasted quail. It was all so good and so unique. They managed to make a strawberry yogurt/rhubarb sorbet dessert into something so deliciously creamy, with an incredible depth of flavor. We're here for 5 days and will be going again!

    We went for the summer tasting menu and had an amazing dining experience. The food was masterfully done and the ambience couldn’t be beat. The service was stellar and the staff did an excellent job engaging with the diners. Definitely would recommend if you have the time and money to appreciate such beautiful and thoughtful food.

    Excellent dining experience. Gustavo was fantastic. He took the time to explain the menu, popular dishes and personal recommendations. We took his recommendations and every dish that came to our table was a hit! Great service; great food! 5 stars and I would recommend this Elio Volpe to everyone!
