    We flew into Santa Rosa and made a reservation at Folia because of the availability of tables at the time we needed and had no idea of what to expect. When we arrived we were welcomed by none other than Chef Charlie Palmer himself! We were the first guests to experience his son’s, Chef Reed Palmer’s six course tasting menu with the accompanying wine pairing table side. Everything we ingested, both cuisine and wine, were exceptional. We enjoyed the most attentive and caring staff, from Zadie, our server to Tessa, the sommelier and were also served warm chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven at the end of our meal by Chef Reed. Our experience at Folia was unexpected and outstanding, as well as an incredible value. Highly recommended!
