    It was a great experience! My and my wife celebrated my birthday and also mothers day at the same time. We are very happy about the food and service. And at the end we got a candle on our dessert! There is a small issue tho. We ordered flat bread but for our liking its 95% burnt on one side. When we asked the runner that its too burnt for us and he explained it to us that they used wood fire to cook it and we are aware of that. Me and my wife talked about it and we decided we will not eat this burnt bread. We asked our section waiter and he immediately took action and replace the bread for us. We are happy about it. It is just better to ask us or other guest “do you want me to change the bread?” Instead of explaining thats how it is supposed to be. Other than that we are happy! We will come back to Poly.

    Great service, staff were really friendly, nice ambiance, amazing food!!!!!! Lily served us and was really knowledgeable with the wine, opened us up a delicious bottle.

    Was looked after by Mario and had the most amazing service throughout. Shared the charcoal eye fillet and half chicken and both melted in the mouth with such incredible flavours. Was an incredible anniversary experience.
