I honestly wasn’t expecting a "retail" restaurant to have fish this fresh, but they absolutely nail it. The Macadamia Nut Crusted Snapper is a total standout—the fish was flaky and light, and that lime-caper butter sauce is something I’d probably drink if I could. We also tried the Ahi Tuna Tacos, and you can tell the tuna is high-grade; it’s buttery and perfectly seared. Even the coconut shrimp (which can be a cliché) were huge, crunchy, and not greasy at all. Beyond the food, the service was laid-back but super attentive, and the cocktails made it feel like a true island escape. The oysters were amazing and my ribeye that was shared with another guest was plentiful And perfectly cooked. Best part of the meal was the incredible service from our waiter Buddy. She was terrific! Was given a perfect table on the patio in a corner. They had me at a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The salads are good portions I would have shared mine. I had the gem salad which was delicious. The anchovy dressing was not overpowering. Could have had a little less cheese. The sides especially the confit carrots looked really interesting but I wanted something light for dinner. I opted for the veal ravioli. Not a great fan of broth dishes but these were served in a perfectly balanced broth. The focaccia was perfect. Service was excellent and I was not rushed.
